Lists /Tidbit About Writing – Voice Lists

Do you wonder how you can get the reader interested in what you write?  Well, would you listen to someone that speaks in a boring monotone voice without any expression?  Now what if they spoke using only encyclopedia type words?  Well, that is why great users use voice in their writing.

In voice, the writer’s uniqueness is evident in the writing.  For example, it isn’t what but how it is written.  For example, when a writer uses quality voice, the reader will find that writing to be honest and sincere.  It might show humor, excitement, and suspense.  In conclusion, voice is not effectively used if the writing is boring.

Example:   WOW!  Did you just see that mouse run across the room and make that woman squeak like a pig?

Now you practice writing voice.  Write lists of sentences using voice for practice.
